Supporting High-Quality Open Access Publishing

Learning Nexus of Computing (LNC) is committed to promoting high-quality, ethical, and globally accessible scholarly publishing through an affordable Open Access model. Our objective is to ensure that valuable research remains freely accessible to readers worldwide while maintaining rigorous editorial and publication standards.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is used solely to support the editorial, technical, and publishing services required to process, publish, preserve, and disseminate accepted manuscripts. The APC is not a fee for manuscript submission or peer review, nor does payment influence editorial decisions. Every submission is evaluated exclusively on its academic merit through an independent double-blind peer-review process.

To encourage research collaboration and institutional participation, LNC offers a range of Publication Support Schemes for universities, colleges, research groups, conference organizers, and institutions with academic collaborations or Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the journal.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

The APC is applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the editorial evaluation and peer-review process and has received a formal Acceptance Letter from the Editorial Office.

There are no charges for:

  • Manuscript submission

  • Initial editorial screening

  • Double-blind peer review

  • Editorial evaluation

  • Revision rounds requested by reviewers or editors

  • Manuscript rejection

Authors are required to pay the APC only after receiving the official Acceptance Letter and APC Invoice issued by the Editorial Office.
