To ensure academic excellence and maintain the integrity of the scholarly record, all submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Initial Editorial Screening

Upon submission, each manuscript is first evaluated by the Editorial Office to ensure that it:

• Falls within the scope of the journal.

• Complies with the journal's submission guidelines.

• Meets the required standards of academic writing and formatting.

• Demonstrates originality and scientific relevance.

• Adheres to ethical publishing standards.

Manuscripts that do not satisfy these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or declined without external review.

Plagiarism Screening

All submissions are screened for plagiarism using appropriate similarity detection tools. Manuscripts containing significant plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unethical content will be rejected in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policy.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent experts in the relevant field for double-blind peer review. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:

• Originality and novelty

• Scientific and technical quality

• Research methodology

• Data analysis and interpretation

• Clarity of presentation

• Literature review

• Significance of the findings

• Quality of references

• Relevance to the journal's scope

Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief or the Handling Editor will make one of the following decisions:

• Accept without revision

• Accept with minor revisions

• Major revisions required

• Reject

When revisions are requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript together with a detailed response to the reviewers' comments within the specified timeframe.

Final Acceptance

The revised manuscript may be re-evaluated by the reviewers or assessed by the editorial team before a final publication decision is made. A manuscript is accepted only after it successfully satisfies the scientific, ethical, and editorial requirements of the journal.

Copyediting and Production

Accepted manuscripts undergo:

• Language editing (if required)

• Copyediting

• Formatting and typesetting

• Proofreading

• Final author approval before publication

Publication

After final approval, the article is published online in the assigned issue of the journal. Published articles receive complete bibliographic information and, where applicable, a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Confidentiality

Editors and reviewers maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process. Manuscripts and related information are not disclosed to any third party except as necessary for editorial and peer-review purposes.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to:

• Maintain confidentiality.

• Provide objective, constructive, and evidence-based feedback.

• Declare any conflicts of interest.

• Complete the review within the requested timeline.

• Identify relevant published work that has not been cited.

• Report any suspected ethical concerns or plagiarism.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are expected to:

• Submit original and unpublished work.

• Ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions.

• Disclose any conflicts of interest.

• Respond to reviewers' comments professionally and promptly.

• Correct errors if identified after publication.

Publication Ethics

Learning Nexus of Computing follows internationally accepted principles of publication ethics and is committed to ensuring fairness, transparency, integrity, and academic quality throughout the peer review and publication process.
