Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Manuscripts should be prepared with a clear structure such as:
Title, Author Details, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

Example:
A good title: “Hybrid Face Detection Using Deep Learning in Low-Light Conditions”
A weak title: “Face Detection Study”

Abstract example:
“This paper proposes a hybrid algorithm for face detection under low-light conditions by combining classical and deep learning techniques. The results demonstrate improved accuracy compared to existing methods.”

Figures and tables must be properly numbered and cited in the text.
Example: “Figure 1 shows the proposed system architecture.”

All references should be properly formatted and complete.

Example:
[1] A. Kumar, “Face Detection Techniques,” Journal of AI, 2023.

Authors must ensure that:

  • The work is original and unpublished

  • The manuscript is not under review in another journal

  • All sources are properly cited

  • The similarity level is within acceptable limits

Manuscripts with poor structure, unclear methodology, or lack of novelty may be rejected before review.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been properly numbered and labeled.

Before final submission, authors should also ensure:

  • The manuscript follows a proper structure (Title, Abstract, Introduction, etc.).
  • The abstract clearly explains the purpose and outcome of the study.
  • Keywords are relevant to the research topic.
  • All figures and tables are cited in the text.
  • The language is clear and free from grammatical errors.
  • All author details are correctly mentioned.

Final confirmation:

By submitting the manuscript, the authors confirm that the work is original, all authors have approved the submission, and the manuscript is ready for the review process.

Article Processing Charge (APC) & Publication Support Schemes

To support high-quality research and encourage institutional collaboration, Learning Nexus of Computing (LNC) offers the following Article Processing Charges (APC) and publication support schemes. The APC is applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been accepted for publication.

Note: The standard Article Processing Charge (APC) is INR 2,100 per accepted manuscript. LNC encourages collaborative and institutional research by offering special publication support schemes for universities, colleges, research groups, conferences, and MoU partner institutions. All discounts are applicable only to accepted manuscripts and are subject to the journal's editorial policies.
